Pale green lap siding and shingle under a standing-seam metal roof, with a timber-framed entry porch lit at dusk.
We are a small team of builders working in the Pacific Northwest. Our work is custom homes, additions, and remodels, done alongside the architects and homeowners who keep coming back. We move at the speed of the project, not the calendar.
“Most of our work comes from people we’ve already built for. That’s the way we like it.”
The work itself matters. The relationships behind it matter more.
Show up, do the work
Most of what we do is unglamorous: showing up on time, keeping the site clean, calling people back. The rest follows from that.
One conversation at a time
Every project starts and ends with a conversation. We protect those, because that’s where the trust lives.
Build for the long view
We build for the way coastal homes actually weather, and for the next forty years of family that will live in them.
